About

My full name is San Juana Catalina Reyes. I was born in San Juan, Texas. However, I grew up here in Oregon. I am the oldest of 11 children. I was raised Catholic but did not fully practice the faith until 1996. What I love about the Catholic faith is the Eucharist. The consecration of the Eucharist is an awesome mystery we witness every Sunday and every time we celebrate the Mass. I enjoy working with the Hispanic community and helping people prepare to receive their sacraments.
I attended St. Mary's from 4th to 6th grade. I graduated from 8th grade at Stayton Elementary, and graduated from Stayton High. After high school, I attended Chemeketa Community College, where I earned an associate's degree, and later, I attended Western Oregon University and graduated with a bachelor's in 2000 and a master's in 2003.
In my free time, I love to read mysteries and romances. I enjoy crocheting, knitting, painting, drawing, and making any other craft.
A fun fact about me is that my Quinceañera was the very first ever at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in 1969
