If you are new to Adoration, there are many ways to spend your time with Jesus. You can pray the rosary, meditate on Scripture or other spiritual books, follow a formal prayer, or simply speak to God from your heart (silently, if others are present). You may also sit quietly in His presence and rest in Him. While you can spend as much time in the Chapel as you’d like, it is common to devote one hour each week to Adoration. Some books and pamphlets may be available for your use, but please leave them behind for others to enjoy.
